Diego Carreño is the Site Director of Porta Norte. He is a Civil Engineer with a specialization in Structures from the Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia. He has over 17 years of experience in civil project management and is responsible for the infrastructure and urban development of Ciudad Porta Norte.

In this fifth episode, we discussed the construction of Phase One. We explain the challenges involved in installing each of the infrastructures included in the serviced lots of our Master Plan. We discussed earthwork, the installation of the stormwater and sanitary sewer connections and the treatment plant, the undergrounding of electrical, fiber-optic, and gas cables, and the installation of trees, pavers, and sidewalks.
