Cristina Oteiza is the Commercial Director of Porta Norte. She studied Marketing with a minor in Psychology at Southern Methodist University in Texas, USA, and Interior Design at Parsons The New School for Design in New York.
Porta Norte Milestones in 2021
In 2021, we’ve made tremendous progress, and I’d like to summarize this year’s milestones in three minutes.
We are about to complete the infrastructure and urban development of Phase 1, which covers 22 hectares and includes 22 serviced lots for developers.

Luis Alfaro is an architect and landscape architect who graduated from Isthmus in Panama City in 2008, and holds a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (ETSAB) in Barcelona (2014).
Edward McGrath: Traditional architecture
Architect and urban planner Edward McGrath is the Town Architect of Porta Norte. He has been involved in the project since its inception and has participated in numerous charrettes and designs.

Engineer Henry Faarup Mauad is an entrepreneur and visionary who has founded companies since the age of 30, including Asetecnia, appraiser, Tridex, international insurance adjusters, and Grupo Colonias.
